Property Management Solutions of the Lowcountry, LLC was founded in order to provide land owners in the lowcountry with headache free real estate management services as well as to provide renters with reliable and care free living situations. Property Management Solutions is the result of a partnership between an experienced legal counselor and an experienced real estate professional both of whom are home owners and landlords and have been renters in the past. Both principles are licensed realtors with extensive experience in dealing with all real estate issues. Although we provide both rental and sales services, we feel given today’s real estate market many owners are in real need of maintaining their properties until the market can once again allow them to recoup their investments or realize their investment goals. Likewise many former owners and potential renters have been eliminated from the mortgage market and as such need homes in which they can reside with pride of ownership for the medium to long term.

It is our goal to match landlords with reliable renters and to match renters with quality properties that will be maintained for the long term. We understand that many people are in the rental market for the first time. We strive first and foremost to achieve a high level of customer service which means we will be available on a 24/7 emergency basis. For the protection of both landlord and renter all issues that arise with the property will be dealt with immediately.
